It is a now a legal requirement to consider the environmental impact that the design and build of an office has, but we want to go beyond this and create an environment that ensures sustainability. 

 

New waste management regulations have come into force and will affect all businesses and how they manage waste, from general office materials to larger scale recycling.

Waste Packaging legislation states that companies have a Duty of Care to recycle defined amounts of their packaging, each year the percentage you must recycle increases. Modular Workspace don't intend to just keep up with this requirement, we are on a mission to recycle 95% of all materials we use.
